Returns

One, Signature, the Library Card and the Blackout Bundle can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Send us a note through the contact page and we will email a return label.

The Library Download is not refundable once the download link has been used.

Vault is built to order. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your build date, which we confirm within two business days of your order.

Warranty

• One: one year on the hardware.
• Signature: three years on the hardware, including the router.
• Vault: lifetime on the hardware for the original owner. The power station carries its manufacturer's warranty.

If a device fails, we repair or replace it and cover shipping both ways. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover damage from water, drops or modification.

Library updates

Every device ships sealed with a dated library version. Updated libraries are released periodically and can be applied from a USB stick without an internet connection.
